Correct timing to take water, will maximize the effectiveness in the Human Body.

  1. Two  glass of water - After waking up -  Helps activate internal organs.
  2. One  glass of water  - 30 minutes before meal - Help digestion.
  3. One  glass of water - Before taking a bath - Helps lower blood pressure.
  4. One glass of water - Before sleep  - To avoid stroke or heart attack.
  5. Two glasses of water - About 2:00 -3:00 o'clock in the afternoon to refresh the body and the mind.
  6. After a meal. It is NOT advisable to drink lots of water during or within half an hour after a meal because it can affect digestion.
